Job summary

Starbucks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading store operations, developing the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications

  • Lead by example in personal conduct, work ethic, and customer engagement.

  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering, stocking, and waste management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

  • Help track store performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service.
  • Lead the team in executing promotions, new product rollouts, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Address operational challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Support shift supervisors with real-time decision-making during peak periods.
