Job summary

Hungry Horse in Hemel Hempstead is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead busy pub operations with energy and a customer-first mindset. You’ll support the General Manager, drive front-of-house service, and help create memorable experiences for families and friends.

You’ll model brand standards, develop the team, and ensure safety and allergen controls. The role offers a competitive salary plus bonus and opportunities to grow within our trusted hospitality brand.

Job Description

As Assistant Manager, you’llbe at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example making sure our Customers, and teams, have a great time.

Qualifications

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
• Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
• Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development.
