Victoria is seeking an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager in Westminster to lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations. The role offers hands-on leadership in a growing independent restaurant group, with opportunities to grow within the expanding business.

You will oversee daily operations, develop staff, manage stock and financials, and ensure Health & Safety compliance while delivering warm hospitality and high-quality fresh pasta experiences.

About the company: We are a growing independent restaurant group specialising in fresh pasta, currently operating5 sites with a 6th opening soon. Our team of around 100 people is passionate about delivering high-quality, fresh food alongside warm, genuine hospitality. Each restaurant operates with a close-knit team of 16–25 staff, creating a supportive and collaborative environment.

The role: We are looking for an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead FOH/BOH operations and support a strong team culture. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to grow within an expanding business.
