Clarks Village is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join a successful fashion retailer. You'll support the Store Manager, lead and develop the team, and drive the commercial performance of a busy, customer-focused store.

You'll be responsible for coaching the team, delivering strong sales and KPIs, maintaining high visual and operational standards and supporting recruitment and stock control to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The Assistant Manager Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead the team and drive the commercial performance of the store while delivering an excellent customer experience.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing the team


• Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance


• Delivering an exceptional customer experience


• Maintaining high visual and operational standards


• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and colleague development


• Managing stock and day-to-day store operations

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced retail leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, developing people and delivering strong commercial results.

You’ll ideally have experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Deputy Manager, Department Manager or Store Manager within fashion, lifestyle, premium, footwear, sports or another customer-focused retail environment.

You’ll also bring:
