Young's Pubs is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to lead a busy, drinks-led pub beside King's Cross. You’ll drive guest service, supervise a team, and uphold the high standards that keep guests coming back during peak shifts.

Assistant Manager

We are a busy, vibrant, drinks-led pub located right next to King's Cross Station, at the heart of one of London's busiest and most exciting areas.

With a fantastic mix of commuters, tourists, local residents and after-work crowds, we offer a fast-paced and energetic environment where no two days are the same. From early doors through to lively evenings, we're all about great drinks, excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest who walks through our doors.

Whether it's serving a perfectly poured pint, recommending a drink or keeping the atmosphere buzzing during a busy shift, you'll play an important part in making every visit a great one.

What we look for in an Assistant Manager:

We are looking for a motivated & experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food focused pub. As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
