Job summary

Pub & Grill in Cambridge is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and upholding brand standards. You will support the General Manager and help coach the team to deliver great service during busy periods.

You’ll lead by example, train staff, and foster a friendly, safe environment while maintaining high service quality and brand integrity. Competitive salary and benefits are on offer.
