This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. Responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to OWN IT. This role is accountable for various KPIs and is responsible for recruiting, nurturing, and developing an elevated team capable of achieving them consistently.

Job Description

  • Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
  • Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
  • Drive revenue from membership sales, product sales, and overall gym profitability
  • Manage controllable costs such as stock and cleaning supplies to prevent wastage and overspend
  • Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
  • Ensure processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed and delivered to a high standard
  • Promote national initiatives such as #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
  • Provide regular, constructive feedback to support team development
  • Report facilities and maintenance issues
  • Remain resilient and adaptable in challenging situations
  • Manage policies and procedures, including Health & Safety and pool operations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times

Qualifications

Must have:

  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
  • Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Adaptability in communication and management styles
  • A positive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member champion mentality
  • Driven and ambitious with a desire to learn and grow
  • Flexibility in working hours and location, including weekends and bank holidays
