Job Title: Compliance Assistant Manager
Salary: £28,800 - £37,425
Location: Cambridge / Coventry, minimum 2 days office based
Contract: Permanent, full time 35 hours per week
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive compliance professional to support OCR's Compliance team in investigating malpractice and appeals to ensure the integrity of our assessments and results, delivering continuous process improvement.
We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.
As one of several compliance assistant managers within the wider OCR compliance team, you will support the team in completing malpractice and appeal investigations, signing off on cases, and leading parts of the process.
You will generate business insights from data to drive continuous improvement and liaise with OCR product and process managers to identify potential assessment process enhancements.
You are organised, detail-oriented, and work well under pressure. You are inquisitive, a problem solver, and proactive in supporting others, prioritising workloads, and implementing process improvements. You can build relationships across all levels and influence change.
Experience in compliance, ideally within education and assessment contexts, is preferred. You value fairness, maintaining an impartial approach and weighing consequences carefully.
