Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at Ego Wyke to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a motivated team. You will mentor staff and ensure exceptional guest experiences across dining and service.

• Experience managing day-to-day operations in a hospitality venue.
