As the go-to person for all aspects and issues of runningthis busy restaurant, you will enjoy a varied and hands on role, workingclosely with the Head Chef and Directors to ensure all issues are dealt withpromptly and help to develop standards and drive the business forward whilstensuring all customers leave with a smile on their face having had an amazingexperience
