Wingstop UK is opening a brand-new restaurant and is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the launch. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll recruit, train and coach a new team, set up day-to-day operations, and establish efficient ways of working from day one.

This hands-on role requires energy, resilience and a passion for great service, with accountability for food quality, speed of service and guest experience as the store goes live.

About The Role

We’re opening a brand-new Wingstop restaurant. As an Assistant Manager in a New Store Opening, you’ll play a key role in launching a brand-new restaurant and setting it up for success from day one. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll help build and develop a brand-new team, establish ways of working, and create a high-energy, high-performing culture.

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, supporting your team to deliver great food, fast service, and consistently high standards. From training and coaching new starters to leading shifts and embedding processes, you’ll be central to getting the restaurant off to a strong start.

This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to make a visible impact from the very beginning.
