Lane7 - Bath is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive performance, culture, and guest experience at our Bath venue. You will lead from the front, build a strong leadership team, and deliver exceptional service across multiple revenue streams.

You’ll bring management experience in leisure or hospitality, inspire your team, communicate effectively, and maintain high standards in daily operations. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive guest service and handle complaints with escalation to Deputy/General Manager as needed.
• Manage shifts covering the venue.
• Adhere to standards to increase sales and control costs across beverage, supply and labour.
• Oversee operations across gaming, food, beverage, events, sport and labor while maintaining high standards.
• Create a team-focused environment and motivate staff to deliver great guest experiences.

As our business continues to expand andbring the full throttle best night out in one place experience. We’re now looking for an experienced Assistant Manager ready to help set the pace, lead from the front and drive this huge venue to its full potential.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you’ll have to support with the responsibility for the performance, culture, and success of the site. You’ll lead from the front, setting standards, building a strong leadership team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience across multiple revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints within the given parameters or escape to the Deputy / General Manager, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into returning guests
• Managing shifts covering the entire venue
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales, minimise costs, beverage, supply and labour costs
• Actively participate in all areas of the operation from gaming, food, beverage, events, sport and labour whilst maintaining required standards of operation in daily activities
• Create an environment that is team focused and encourage a professional and motivating atmosphere for all team members

To be a success with Lane7, you’ll:

• Have got management experience in the leisure, hospitality, or F&B sector?
• Be an Assistant Manager able to lead by example and supervise a team throughout every daily activity.
• Be an Assistant Manager who canInspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding guests experiences from the moment they step through the door
• Be a great communicator
• Have a positive, can-do and problem-solving attitude no matter the task that faces you.
• Have the ability to create a sense of fun, For you the guests and the team

What We’ll Offer

• Salary - £31,000 Per Annum
• 28 days holiday per year (Plus 1 day per every year worked, Up to 5 years of service)
