Greene King in Ashton-in-Makerfield is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team. You’ll help ensure the smooth running of a busy venue, lead by example, and motivate staff to deliver great experiences for customers.

From day one you’ll support the General Manager, uphold brand standards, and champion safety and service. If you’re passionate, people-focused and ready to develop your leadership skills, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a high-volume hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
