Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy Alnwick pub. You’ll lead by example, support the General Manager, and ensure guests have a great time while maintaining service standards.

In this role you will drive daily operations, coach and develop the team, uphold brand standards, manage shift tasks, and ensure safety and allergen controls. A passion for delivering memorable experiences and strong English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• You’ll be passionate about delivering amazing experiences for customers.
• You’ll be great with people, and as a result, have great communication and leadership skills making sure you get the best out of people.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A keen eye for every small detail and a desire to uphold high standards in all that you do.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
