Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our management team in a busy pub. You will lead by example from the door, ensuring customers and teams have a great time and the business runs smoothly.

You will drive high standards, support training and development, and act as a brand ambassador while maintaining safety and allergen controls. A competitive salary and strong benefits package accompany this role.

As Assistant Manager, you’llbe at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example making sure our Customers, and teams, have a great time.
