Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Acton Green venue, following refurbishment. You’ll join a revitalised site and help launch a new chapter, growing with the business and delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

As part of the management team, you’ll lead by example on every shift, support the General Manager, coach colleagues and uphold brand standards, safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisor role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day running and act as a leader in their absence.
• Lead the team to deliver amazing experiences for customers.
• Train and develop colleagues; act as role model.

What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.

• Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development.
• Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times.
