Job summary

Quantexa seeks an Assistant Management Accountant to support the Group Reporting team in a fast‑paced, international tech environment. You will help with month‑end close, manage accruals and prepayments, and provide insightful financial analysis across entities.

You’ll collaborate with global teams, maintain asset registers, and assist VAT/tax compliance, while driving process improvements and adopting new finance tools.

Qualifications

• Solid background in finance, ideally in management accounting or assistant accountant roles.
• Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent progress.
• Strong understanding of accruals, prepayments, and month-end close rhythms.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and international operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly P&L analysis, documenting key movements, trends and variances.
• Prepare and present month-end commentary to the Finance Manager and team.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and explain differences.
• Support AP with invoicing and cost coding; review accruals for month-end.
• Assist with VAT, audit information requests, and statutory filings.
