Job Description

Aim of the Role

The primary aim of this role is to become a subject matter expert in the company's three service towers, providing in-depth monthly analysis of costs to support the Divisional Teams.

The successful individual will develop a detailed understanding of all business areas.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Assisting the Finance Team to ensure management account costs are completed accurately and timely each month.
2. Ensuring supplier invoices are correctly coded to customer contracts.
3. Preparing accruals and prepayments.
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date balance sheet reconciliations.
5. Handling ad hoc projects and financial analyses.
6. Developing positive relationships with key business areas, including Accounts Payable and Billing.
7. Adhering to Redcentric's ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards.
8. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Handling and protecting Redcentric information.
10. Reporting security events and implementing policies accordingly.

The role offers study support towards a relevant accountancy qualification such as ACCA or CIMA after an initial 6-month training period, if desired.

Hours of work

The standard hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, and 9:00 am to 3:30 pm on Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
