Pinnacle Group is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join its Finance team in the UK. Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will support month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, cash flow reporting and audit support while delivering accurate financial information to inform business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have finance experience with exposure to management accounts, and be actively studying towards AAT, ACCA or CIMA.

Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information across the business. The role will involve supporting month-end processes, including journal postings, management accounts preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting activities, cash flow reporting, and audit support. You will also work closely with the wider Finance and Operations teams to enhance processes, systems, and reporting, while providing valuable financial insights that support informed business decision‑making.

The ideal candidate will have previous finance experience, with exposure to management accounts considered advantageous, although not essential. They will be actively studying towards an AAT, ACCA, or CIMA qualification and be eager to continue their professional development. The successful individual will be hardworking, organised and resilient, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to tight deadlines.
