Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant for a manufacturing environment. You will assist with monthly management accounts, monitor costs across production, labour, and overhead, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.

You will also reconcile balance sheet accounts, prepare cost reports and KPI analysis for factory operations, and collaborate with production teams to improve cost control.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or studying towards a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Experience in accounting, preferably within manufacturing.
