Hours: 37 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: £12.21–£15.77/hour + agency support benefits

What You’ll Do:

  • Clean void properties as needed, ensuring they’re ready for new tenants, while maintaining high standards of work.
  • Collaborate with your team to complete tasks efficiently, while also taking initiative to complete jobs independently.
  • Maintain excellent timekeeping and contribute to a positive, busy team environment within the department.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Skills: Practical construction experience, with the ability to support tradespeople and handle varied tasks like cleaning and material delivery.
  • Qualities: Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player, with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Experience: Previous experience in construction or maintenance roles, with a solid understanding of working on-site.
  • Requirements: Full UK driving licence (essential for site travel); eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in void property maintenance or retrofitting; Welsh language skills (or willingness to learn basic greetings).
