Our client, a well-respected, award-winning estate agency, is actively seeking an Assistant Lettings Manager to join their close-knit team in Chelmsford.

If you have 3 years of experience in lettings and are looking to step up, then this could be the right opportunity for you!

Working hours:
  • Full-Time
  • 5-day working week
The successful Assistant Lettings Manager will be offered:
  • Up to £21,000 Basic (Depending on Experience)
  • Up to £40,000 OTE (Uncapped)
  • Progression opportunities
  • Discretionary bonuses
  • Ongoing training and support
Minimum requirements:
  • Full UK Driving License
  • At least 3 years of lettings experience
  • ARLA Qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Results-driven with a strong track record
  • Hard-working with the desire and determination to exceed targets
  • Able to attract new customers
  • Excellent listening skills to meet customer needs
Role responsibilities:
  • Generating lettings business
  • Working with the Lettings Manager to improve office performance
  • Managing the office and team to high standards
  • Maintaining strong relationships with landlords to secure future business
  • Developing and maintaining a lettings business to maximize income and profit
  • Increasing revenue through achieving business and personal targets
