Our client, a well-respected, award-winning estate agency, is actively seeking an Assistant Lettings Manager to join their team in Chelmsford.

If you have 3 years of experience in Lettings and are looking to step up, this could be the right opportunity for you!

Working hours:

• Full-Time
• 5-day working week

The successful Assistant Lettings Manager will be offered:

• Up to £21,000 Basic (Depending on Experience)
• Up to £40,000 OTE (Uncapped)

To be considered for the role you must have:

• Full UK Driving License
• At least 3 years lettings experience
• ARLA Qualification (preferred but not essential)

Your role will involve:

• Generating letting business
• Working with the Lettings Manager to improve office performance
