- Encourage resident engagement through community-building initiatives and events.

- Gather feedback from members to improve the resident experience and share insights with the team.

- Handle resident inquiries efficiently, ensuring swift resolution of issues.

- Promote referral incentives to drive organic growth within the community.

Operations & Compliance

- Ensure all lettings documentation and resident files are accurate, up to date, and compliant.

- Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure apartments are well-presented.

- Conduct key audits and manage move-in/move-out procedures smoothly.

- Record all customer interactions in the CRM system for reporting and analysis.

- Support marketing efforts by ensuring property listings are compelling and up to date.

About You

We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the value of community in rental living.

- Experience in lettings, property management, or residential sales (Build-to-Rent experience preferred).

- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.

- Knowledge of London’s rental market and lettings regulations.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

- Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

- ARLA qualification (preferred) or willingness to complete it within six months.

What We Offer

- The opportunity to be part of a growing, innovative rental brand.

- A vibrant team culture that values creativity, inclusivity, and collaboration.

- Career development opportunities within the Apo network.

- Competitive salary and benefits package.
