Job summary

Thompsons Solicitors is seeking a Newly Qualified Lawyer to join our Multi-Track Accident team in Newcastle, with opportunities across Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester or Newcastle. The role focuses on supporting on multi-track personal injury matters with progression to issued matters as experience grows.

You will work under structured supervision, handling a varied caseload and gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of complex personal injury claims from instruction

Qualifications

• Must have fee-earning experience in personal injury or litigation.
• Solid understanding of the litigation process and ability to manage own caseload.
• Experience with case management systems and a professional, empathetic approach to client care.

Responsibilities

• Support on a varied caseload of multi-track personal injury matters and progress own files.
• Receive structured supervision and grow technically and professionally.
• Work closely with colleagues to cover the full lifecycle of complex personal injury claims from instruction to settlement.
• Operate within a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
