What you'll be doing:

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Kitchen Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Chartwells on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

:Within the role as Assistant Kitchen Manager you would be required to assist the Kitchen Manager with all aspects of running a kitchen and service to include, but not limited to;

• Preparation and service of food
• Health & Safety
• Kitchen cleanliness
• Allergen awareness and processes
• COSHH management
• Staffing Rotas
• Menu building and development
• Stock Ordering
• Stock Taking
• Stock management
• Keeping in line with spend budgets
• Staff training & development
