Responsibilities

• Deliver the food concept to company standard and exceed guest expectations.
• Oversee stock control including ordering, deliveries, stock taking and wastage control.
• Support Head Chef in kitchen operations and deputise in their absence.
• Train and develop the kitchen team to maximise potential.
• Ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance as per law and policy.
