Revolucion De Cuba in Manchester is seeking an energetic Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead the heartbeat of the venue—the kitchen. You’ll ensure every plate leaving the pass meets our premium standards and helps drive sales through quality.

Working with the Kitchen Manager, you’ll develop the kitchen team, recruit and train staff, and uphold Health & Safety compliance while controlling stock and supporting GP management.

Your Role:

Your role as Assistant Kitchen Manager is critical in ensuring the heartbeat of the venue—the kitchen, where you'll ensure every plate leaving the pass is executed perfectly to spec, upholding our premium standards and driving sales through quality.

Working alongside the Kitchen Manager, you will be instrumental in the commercial success of the back-of-house, actively supporting GP management and meticulous stock control. More critically, you'll be a leader who actively recruits, inspires, and drives the development of your kitchen team. From training to flawless Health & Safety compliance, you are essential in maintaining a high-performing, ambitious, and compliant operation that is ready to smash targets.
