Revolucion de Cuba Belfast is hiring a Bar Team member to join our vibrant venue. You’ll help mix, pour and serve Latin-inspired drinks while delivering friendly, engaging guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Paid at £12.71 per hour with tips (tronc), training provided, and a supportive team culture. Join us for evenings, weekends, and a dynamic hospitality environment at Revolucion de Cuba Belfast.

Location: Belfast De Cuba - Hourly

Your Role:

Like the sound of Latin inspired fresh food, rum-based cocktails and live entertainment? We are looking to welcome some positive and energetic individuals into our Cuban familia as bar team (cantineros).

You will be confident and have the ability to engage and make guests feel welcome; alongside this you’ll have a willingness to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining the ability to stay busy when things are more chilled out.
