Revolucion De Cuba in Norwich is seeking energetic bar team members to join our Cuban familia. You’ll help craft Latin-inspired cocktails, welcome guests, and keep a lively, fast-paced service that reflects our vibrant venue.

No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. This role offers hourly pay of £10.85–£12.71 plus tronc, with opportunities to grow across Revolucion De Cuba venues and access to great staff perks.

Salary: £10.85 - £12.71+ Tronc

Location: Norwich De Cuba - Hourly

You will be confident and have the ability to engage and make guests feel welcome; alongside this you’ll have a willingness to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining the ability to stay busy when things are more chilled out.
