• Support, manage, and train the kitchen team to ensure motivation and organization
• Maintain consistent quality of dishes
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and stock procedures
• Manage rotas to meet business needs
• Support brand standards through team training and assessment
• Control food costs to support revenue
• Coordinate with other departments as needed
