Assistant Kitchen Manager - Revolucion De Cuba

Salary: £32,000+ 50% OTE Bonus

We are looking for an ambitious and reliable Assistant Kitchen Manager who has a proven track record in maintaining high standards and developing teams to join our Cuban familia. You will be instrumental in leading and nurturing talent in your team and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be an excellent communicator, working with your Kitchen Manager to drive revenue, control stock and GP, build and develop a high-performing team, and maintain H&S and brand standards.

What you will do:

• Support in leading your kitchen team with ambition and integrity to drive sales and deliver our purpose
• Drive and encourage kitchen team development
• Participate in kitchen team recruitment at your venue
• Drive sales initiatives
• Support your Kitchen Manager with stock control and GP management
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance
