Job summary

Amida Group, based in London, is seeking an IT professional to join a small team delivering IT services for a national team of 150 people across four offices. The role is hybrid, focusing on maintaining and developing a broad suite of IT systems with emphasis on security and efficiency.

You will support Windows environments, networks, and virtualization, while working with Autodesk software and cloud tools such as Azure/Intune. A strong learner with a practical mindset will thrive here.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT systems, networks, servers and software.

• Assist with IT security, compliance and vulnerability management.
• Provide user support, training and best practice guidance.
• Work with third-party suppliers and support infrastructure improvement projects.

• Reporting to the IT Manager, you will work to resolve the root cause of any issues arising, help to maintain all IT systems within the company and work proactively to keep systems running as efficiently and securely as possible. You will be part of a three-person IT team, delivering IT for a national team of 150 people, working out of four principal offices.
• This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional looking to develop their experience across Microsoft 365, systems administration, networking, cyber security and user support.

Day to day tasks and responsibilities:

• Support and maintain IT systems, networks, servers and software
