A growing, dynamic Main Contractor based in Birmingham are looking for an Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working on projects throughout the midlands.

The business have been operating for a number of years and specialise in Industrial Warehouses, Retail, Commercial and Mixed Use Schemes.

They have a number of new build industrial warehouse projects kicking off across the midlands and are looking to strengthen their commercial team as a result. Project values range from £2m to £10m.

They are looking for a strong Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with experience working on new build steel frame, industrial / warehouse projects for a reputable Main Contractor.

The offices are based in Birmingham, and projects are located between Manchester and Milton Keynes, so the ideal person must be prepared to travel on site visits where the projects are within that region.

Experience:

• Ideally Degree Qualified or other relative qualifications
• Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working on new build industrial / warehouse projects
• Steel frame experience
• Able to commute to Birmingham
• Happy to work across the Midlands
