Job summary

FBR Construction Recruitment is helping a long-standing client in the food retail sector recruit an Assistant / Intermediate Contracts Manager to oversee key accounts across the UK. The role involves meeting clients, translating needs into briefs, coordinating with estimators and design teams, and supporting on-site fit-out and new build works across projects in the south of England.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail fit-out projects is essential.
• Ability to coordinate with design and estimating teams.
• Willingness to manage multiple projects across the south of England.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their needs and confirm project scope.
• Assist in taking a project specification brief.
• Coordinate with estimator and design teams back at the office.
• Support on-site project management of fit-out and new build works for each project.
• Coordinate materials on site and place sub-contractor orders.
• Collate relevant Health and Safety files and maintain records.
• Assist in costing minor projects to client specifications.
• Help manage several food retail projects simultaneously across the south of England.
