What You’ll Do:
As a key member of the HR team, the HR Operations Assistant will provide support across the HR function, working closely with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and the wider HR teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced HR environment, supporting the HR function to deliver an exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate will provide dedicated HR transactional support to employees, be detail-oriented, able to prioritize deadlines, and work closely with the team to ensure accurate employee lifecycle data.
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Drafting and issuing employment contracts and employee lifecycle paperwork via our e-sign platform, ensuring all documentation is collected and recorded accurately on Workday, and communicated to HR Business Partners.
- Processing and tracking pre-employment checks via our background checking partner, raising issues proactively with HRBPs.
- Providing general administrative support and reports to HRBPs, Recruitment team, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborating with Office Admin and IT teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners.
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects like Mergers & Acquisitions, system audits, and employee experience initiatives.
- Auditing Workday regularly for data accuracy and integrity.
- Partnering with Payroll to ensure accurate employee data for monthly payroll.
- Maintaining organisation charts and sharing them with HRBP team monthly.
- Partnering with Immigration team on visa documentation as needed.
- Occasionally processing invoices for HR-related costs.
- Participating in regular HRBP team meetings to stay aligned with business needs.

- Contract: Fixed Term till Jan 2026
- Hours: 0900 – 1700, Monday – Friday
