Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) is seeking an Assistant HR Business Partner (Band 6) to join the Workforce & OD team at Wythenshawe Hospital. This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time post, offering strategic and operational HR responsibilities.

You will support the Director of Workforce & OD, manage designated portfolios, deputise for the HR Business Partner, and work with the wider HR team to deliver best-practice people management across services.

Formación

• Knowledge of Employment Law and modern HR practice.
• Experience in strategic and operational workforce support.
• Ability to manage multiple portfolios and priorities.
• Familiarity with change management in HR contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Director of Workforce & OD in strategic and operational workforce support.
• Take responsibility for designated work portfolios aligned to the Workforce and OD agenda.
• Deputise for the HR Business Partner when required.
• Collaborate with Workforce colleagues to share best practice and ensure cross-cover of services.
