Job summary

Lincoln High School is seeking an Assistant HOLA (Mathematics) to lead our Mathematics department as we transition to the new curriculum and senior assessment requirements. This permanent, full-time role starts from the 2027 school year and focuses on delivering Mathematics and statistics up to NCEA Level 3.

We welcome applicants with strength in senior statistics and/or calculus and a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• NZ teaching registration is required.
• Eligible to work in NZ or hold a valid work visa.
• Experience teaching Mathematics up to NCEA Level 3.
• Strength in senior statistics and/or calculus is welcomed.

Lincoln High School is seeking a high performing and enthusiastic assistant HOLA (Mathematics) to join our school. This is a permanent, full-time position from the start of the 2027 school year to help lead our Mathematics department as we transition to the new curriculum and senior assessment requirements.

We are looking for a specialist who is excited to teach Mathematics up to NCEA Level 3. We are open to applicants with strength in senior statistics and/or calculus.

You will be joining a high-performing and highly collegial Mathematics department, which holds high expectations for every student. Our teachers support one another and take real pride in the outcomes our students achieve.
