Hilton East Midlands Airport is seeking an Assistant Health Club Manager to lead the health club operations and deliver memorable guest experiences through warm hospitality.

You will supervise the health club team across fitness, spa and guest services, ensuring smooth operations and high standards while upholding safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Supervise health club operations: Support the Manager in the daily operation of the health club
• Lead the health club team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience
• Provide hands‑on support: Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints
• Support business operations: Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
