Job summary

Hilton Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Health Club Manager to oversee the health club operations, fitness center, spa and related guest services. You will lead the health club team, train staff, and ensure a seamless guest experience throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise health club operations: assist in operating the health club, fitness center, spa or salon.
• Lead the health club team: train, schedule and supervise staff across fitness, spa and guest services for a high-quality guest experience.
• Provide hands-on support: fill in staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and standards.
• Support business operations: assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory and tracking performance.
• Uphold regulatory standards: ensure health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness compliance.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Supervise health club operations: Support the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon
• Lead the health club team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience
• Provide hands-on support: Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints
• Support business operations: Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
