Job summary

Church Stretton School in Shropshire seeks a leadership-informed teacher to drive school improvement. You will work closely with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher, shaping strategy after building relationships and understanding existing strengths.

You will champion effective teaching, curriculum, and assessment, supporting colleagues with warmth and credibility while developing leadership capacity across the school and within the TrustEd Schools Partnership.
