Job summary

Woodfield School in Greater London is seeking an inspirational leader to assume the role of Assistant Headteacher, driving strategic improvement, safeguarding, and SEND outcomes for pupils. You will lead teaching, curriculum pathways, and implementation of approaches that support meaningful progress from starting points.

Qualifications

• Experience leading whole-school improvement and developing strategic plans.

Work Beyond the Classroom

Collaborate with families, therapists, social care, health professionals, governors and colleagues across the Trust to secure the best possible outcomes for pupils.
