This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the right training, experience and skills to be a part of our school team as Assistant Headteacher.

About you

We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher who will:

  1. Lead and inspire our Nursery and Reception teams, ensuring exceptional provision and outcomes in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  2. Support the SENDCo in delivering and maintaining high standards of inclusive practice across the school.
  3. Lead, manage, and develop high-quality teaching and learning within their phase.
  4. Play a strategic role in enabling our disadvantaged pupils to make accelerated progress.
  5. Inspire a love of learning in both staff and pupils.
  6. Motivate and develop positive relationships with staff, parents, and children.
  7. Lead by example, modelling excellent practice and contributing to the school’s vision and ethos.
