Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and successful teaching experience in a secondary school.
• Proven leadership experience, either as a senior leader or an effective middle leader ready for the next step.
• Experience of leading change, driving school improvement and securing positive outcomes.
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, student wellbeing and personal development.
