Responsibilities

• Support the Headteacher in strategic leadership and management; contribute to School Development Plan; promote high standards of teaching, learning and assessment across the school; lead school improvement initiatives; champion inclusion; foster a positive school culture; monitor and develop practice through lesson visits and data analysis; act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and manage safeguarding; support attendance strategies; build strong partnerships with parents; contribute to Ofsted/SIAMS readiness; balance leadership with teaching duties.
