The post is a senior strategic lead for Inclusion, working with the Assistant Headteacher (Teaching & Learning) to embed adaptive practice across faculties and to raise outcomes for students with SEND, EAL and those experiencing disadvantage.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inclusion and SEND strategies.
• Ability to work with EAL and vulnerable pupil groups.
• Experience in a high-performing, large secondary school environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead whole-school inclusion strategies across faculties.
• Embed adaptive practices and improve outcomes for SEND/EAL and disadvantaged students.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Headteacher (Teaching & Learning) and River Learning Trust.
