Qualifications

• Proven track record as an ambitious school leader in a primary setting.
• Experience improving behaviour and attendance to raise pupil outcomes.
• Ability to use data to identify patterns and target support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a consistent, relational approach to behaviour, attendance and progress.
• Work with Headteacher and SLT to create a calm, aspirational learning environment.
• Drive school improvement using data and professional insight.
• Support staff development and lead culture change in a large primary setting.
