Job summary

Melksham Oak Community School in Wiltshire is seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to lead our culture of positive behaviour for learning, underpinned by high expectations, strong relationships and mutual respect.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for shaping and driving a strategic vision for behaviour, ensuring that every student can thrive in an environment where high expectations, strong relationships and mutual respect underpin success. Working closely with staff, students, families and governors, you will lead the development of a consistent and restorative approach to behaviour, promoting excellent attitudes to learning and fostering a culture where every member of our community feels valued, supported and empowered to achieve their best.
