Estelle is seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier in London to manage day-to-day wine operations, lead the Sommelier team, and deliver an exceptional hosted experience for members at our luxury venue. The role requires a WSET Level 3 or Diploma, 2+ years in a Sommelier role within luxury hospitality, and strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
