Responsibilities

· Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends

· Identify new technologies related to maintenance that can drive innovation and competitive advantage that leads to business impact

· Build and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap, ensuring that it reflects current needs while anticipating future trends and innovations of business needs

· Ensure that all technology systems comply with industry regulations and standards.

· Serve as a key point of contact for technology-related matters, providing regular updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders on progress, challenges, and opportunities

Requirements

· Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

· 8 years of experience in technology leadership, including roles such as Architect, Technology Officer, Head of Engineering Technical Director, or equivalent

· Experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models or other emerging technologies

· Strong business acumen with the ability to link new technology decisions to company strategy and market opportunities

· Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with user stories and relevant business cases

· Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
